Fifteen-minute restore

Need a reset but short on time? This 15-minute restorative practice will soothe and calm you. You can enjoy this anytime you need to release tension and stress. Perfect for winding down before bed, too!

You can use props you have around your home. For a bolster, I use a bed pillow rolled up lengthwise and then wrapped in a blanket; instead of two blocks, use two towels folded into cubes. No fancy yoga props, no problem! Self-care shouldn’t be expensive!
