Explore how the gentle vibrations of bee breathing can help calm you. Find gentle opening along the front body. Feel how supported postures help you experience calm. Tend to your ability to find relaxation with this 25-minute restorative practice.

Support your practice with a bolster or substitute (two pillows in one pillow case, a folded pillow, a couple of towels folded together, or a blanket folded into a rectangle) and a three blanket rolls (towels, blankets rolled into tubes, or one roll and two blocks.
