Release stress and tension by anchoring in the present moment. Open your heart, release tension through the pelvis, groin, and low belly, release stress, and experience conscious rest.
Support your practice with three blocks (or substitute thick cushions or towels folded into cubes) and a bolster (or a duvet rolled into a tube, or a pillow rolled into a tube, or thick towels rolled into a tube, to support you from hips to head). You might also enjoy blankets and rugs to make this practice really cozy.
