Find comfort and relief before or during your menstrual period with this restorative practice. Those without a period will find the release through the lower abdomen and low back soothing.
You will need bolsters or pillows to keep your torso at a 45-degree angle; pillows, towels, or blocks for your knees; and a blanket for your feet. If you prefer your torso higher in forward folds, you can use a chair for support.
